Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the paid Executive Transformation Advisory Session purchased through this website. It explains how scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds work.
What you purchase
Payment purchases one fixed-duration advisory session as described on the service page at the time of purchase, at the US-dollar price displayed there. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card details.
Scheduling
After a verified payment you schedule the session through our scheduling page, quoting your payment reference. If you have paid but not yet scheduled, your session remains available to book.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start, by rebooking through the scheduling page or emailing us.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start — or have paid but not yet scheduled — we will refund the full amount on request.
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, and non-attendance without notice, are not refundable, because senior practitioner time is reserved specifically for your session.
If we have to cancel and no suitable alternative time is agreed, we will refund the full amount.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. We initiate refunds promptly; the time for funds to reach you depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
